Founder & Visionary
Stephanie Clark
Stephanie believes that every woman has a dream worth pursuing, and that no one should have to pursue it alone. HER Collective was born from her desire to create more than a networking group. She envisioned a community where women could build authentic relationships, be challenged to grow, celebrate one another's success, and find the confidence to take bold steps toward the lives they were created to live.

Professionally, Stephanie is a Residential and Commercial Real Estate Advisor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties, where she has spent nearly a decade helping individuals, families, and investors navigate meaningful life transitions through real estate. Her passion for serving others, creating opportunities, and building lasting relationships has become the foundation for everything she does.
As Founder, Stephanie leads HER Collective with the belief that collaboration is more powerful than competition. She is committed to cultivating a welcoming, purpose-driven community where women feel seen, supported, and inspired to dream bigger together. Her vision is to grow HER Collective into a movement that begins in Utah and reaches communities everywhere, creating spaces where women connect deeply, lead boldly, and leave a lasting impact.
Outside of work, Stephanie is a proud wife to her hot hubby Ben and mother of six, Air force family, runs many marathons, enjoys the outdoors and encourages others to believe in what’s possible. Whether she’s serving clients, hosting events, or mentoring women, her greatest joy is helping people discover their potential and confidently step into their next chapter.

Ryanne Littledike
Ryanne is the founder of Built Haus Creative, a branding and marketing agency dedicated to helping entrepreneurs build brands that are seen, remembered, and chosen. As a brand strategist, designer, and marketing consultant, she specializes in brand positioning, messaging, and visibility strategies that help businesses grow with intention.

With a background in event planning, community building, and entrepreneurship, Ryanne has always been passionate about creating meaningful connections. Having previously founded and led a women’s networking community, she understands the impact that collaboration, mentorship, and authentic relationships can have on both business and personal growth.
At HER Collective, Ryanne is excited to bring her expertise in branding, marketing, and member experience while helping cultivate a community where ambitious women can connect, collaborate, and elevate one another.
Outside of work, she is a busy, on-the-go sports mom and spends a majority of her days at the ballfield with her husband and 3 children. She loves camping, the outdoors, and quality time with her husband/ best friend.
Director of Strategy & Operations
Rae Hollings
As an executive operations leader, founder, entrepreneur, and mom of 5, Rae has built her life around one belief: we create real impact, at work and at home, when we live authentically and go after big dreams with the right people around us. She's passionate about helping businesses, from startups to nine-figure enterprises, scale with clarity and confidence by building processes and systems that work for a brand instead of against it, keeping leadership in the driver's seat at every stage of growth.

Born from her own health journey, Rae founded Alkemē Rise in 2025, an ecommerce wellness brand centered on accessible, high-impact recovery and biohacking. Her own path, from stay-at-home mom to VP in just a few years, fuels her work as a motivational speaker, where she shows others how to rewrite their story. She’s passionate about helping women stop playing small and start chasing big dreams, even while raising a family.
At HER Collective, Rae is excited to bring her operational expertise, entrepreneurial energy, and belief in what’s possible to a community of women ready to soar.
Outside of work, she’s happiest outdoors or hanging out with friends and family and enjoys reading, hiking, boating, yoga/fitness, or planning her next adventure.

Tiffany Wright
Tiffany believes that meaningful connection has the power to change lives. Coming from humble beginnings, she is passionate about helping others discover what’s possible, build lasting relationships, and create lives they never thought they could have.
Connect With Her:
Alongside her husband, Adam, Tiffany owns a real estate investing and coaching company where they teach others how to build generational wealth, create financial freedom, and pursue their biggest dreams. Her professional journey has always been centered around serving people. She spent more than a decade owning and teaching at a preschool, where she developed a deep love for helping others learn, grow, and feel valued. She also has a passion for interior design and reimagining spaces, finding joy in transforming houses into homes and seeing potential where others may not.
Tiffany’s greatest desire is for every woman who walks through the doors of HER Collective to feel at home, feel seen, feel heard, and know they have a friend in her. She believes community is built through authenticity, encouragement, laughter, and celebrating one another’s successes. Her heart is to help create a welcoming environment where every woman feels inspired to grow, contribute, and confidently pursue the life she was created for.
Outside of work, Tiffany is a proud wife to Adam and a mom to four amazing children. She and her family recently began their homeschooling journey and love camping, skiing, spontaneous adventures, and making memories together. A Texas girl at heart, Tiffany will always have a special love for faith, family, football, and good food.

Katherine Dawn
Katherine Dawn is a serial entrepreneur, strategist, speaker, and leadership advocate with 27+ years of experience in business, marketing, sales, communication, and personal development, including a foothold in the private defense and intelligence sector.
Connect With Her:
A 10-year Level 4 Master Trainer in the B.A.N.K. personality methodology and Roger Love Method certified voice coach, Katherine has leveraged the science of human behavior and communication to close millions in deal value, build stronger relationships, and help leaders communicate with confidence and influence. She is also the reigning United States of America’s MS Utah 2026, because this Queen Means Business! Her platform champions greater engagement and representation for women at home, in business, and at the ballot box.
As a Founding Board Member of HER Collective, Katherine is passionate about building a community where women don’t simply support one another, they connect, collaborate, and build together from local to global. She brings decades of entrepreneurial experience, leadership development, communication expertise, and a commitment to helping women turn their influence into meaningful impact, sustainable revenue, and greater reliability in their lives.
Personally, Katherine is embracing a powerful new chapter. After raising four successful children and spending decades building businesses and serving others, she describes this season as “graduating single motherhood”and stepping fully into the woman she was built to become. Deeply grateful for the strong women who came before her, Katherine believes true success is not measured only by what we accomplish ourselves, but by what becomes possible for the women we inspire, empower, and bring alongside us.
